Browse plans in the Plans tab. Each plan shows its category (Calm, Focus, Sleep, etc.), difficulty, and estimated duration. Beginners can start with Box Breathing or Diaphragmatic breathing.

Yes. All breathing plans and session tracking work fully offline. No account or internet connection is required.

Each phase has a colour: teal for inhale, purple for hold, amber for exhale. These match the animated orb in the session player.

Yes. On the Session Prep screen, use the +/− controls to set how many cycles you want before starting.

The quality score reflects how consistently you followed the breathing rhythm during a session. It ranges from 0–100 and feeds into your rolling average shown in Insights.

HRV (Heart Rate Variability) is a measure of nervous system balance. RhythmBreathe estimates a wellness proxy from your breathing consistency — it is not a medical measurement. It updates after each session.

A new day counts toward your streak if you complete at least one breathing session. Missing a day resets the streak.

Premium unlocks: HRV wellness estimates, breathing quality score history, binaural beats (alpha and theta tones), and background audio so sessions continue when your screen is off.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel via your device's subscription settings — RhythmBreathe cannot process refunds directly.
